2. SAFETY WARNING AND LIABILITY WAIVER (Read Carefully)
You acknowledge that the instruction provided in the Hoback Masterclass involves inherently dangerous activities, including but not limited to: heating metal to high temperatures, operating heavy machinery (mills, lathes, presses), using sharp tools, handling hazardous materials, and grinding hardened steel.
By participating in this course, you agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities described in the Service, including the risk of serious physical injury, permanent disability, or death.
Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, and discharge Hoback Masterclass, Hoback Customs, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in these activities.
Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own safety, the safety of your workspace, and the proper use of your personal protective equipment (PPE). The instruction provided is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional, hands-on safety training.
3. Intellectual Property and Digital License
All content provided, including videos, CAD files (DXF, STEP, etc.), PDFs, AI tools, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Hoback Masterclass.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download specific materials for your personal, individual use only.
Strict Prohibitions: You may NOT:
Share, redistribute, or resell our CAD files, PDFs, or login credentials.
Upload our content to public file-sharing sites.
Use our digital assets (CAD files) for mass production or commercial resale without a separate written commercial license.
Violation: Unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may result in legal action.
4. Subscription and Billing
Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a [Monthly/Annual] basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not generate a refund for the current billing period. Access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
